What a dual-fuel repair actually involves
A dual-fuel system has to hand off cleanly between the heat pump and the furnace, and most of our work is on that handoff rather than either piece of equipment. Why does my furnace run when it is fifty degrees outside?

Can one half of a dual-fuel system fail without the other?
